I've been working in the health and fitness industry for the last 10 years working in multiple gyms & PT studios. I have worked with athletes during my university internship at Wigan warriors RFC with the strength and conditioning team, to every day beginners from all backgrounds wanting to transform their body composition.
I specialise in body transformations, working with people to overcome their every day barriers. This can be as simple as creating a personalised meal guide and training plan with weekly check ins for accountability that fit around busy lifestyles.
